Salesforce Account Engagement’s New Email Builder
Marketers using Account Engagement now have access to a powerful new tool that promises to transform how we build, design, and manage emails.
With the rollout of the new Email Builder—previously only available in Marketing Cloud Next—Account Engagement users can now access several new features that simplify email creation.
Here’s how you can access the new system.
1. In Account Engagement, go to the Email Content tab
2. In Email Content, click “New”
3. Add a Name for the email and select “Save”
4. In Email Content, add an email subject
5. Click “Edit in Builder”
6. Choose the “New Email Experience”
7. Check out the new Email Builder!
