Creating a List

First, follow this video to create a list.

Add a prospect

Next, you want to create a prospect to add to your list manually.

Using Email Template

Now we’re ready to start making the email template.  All templates are created in Email Template tab.  Be sure to follow the directions in the video on how to add an unsubscribe link.  It’s important!

Sending an email with Email Content

Here’s the last step.  When your email template is ready and you want to send the email, go to the Email Content tab.  Follow the steps in the video below.  Refer to this document to see how Salesforce documentation on using Email Template and Email Content together.
